RAW Bamboo Bikes is the only UK dealer for bamboo bikes, selling Road, Mountain and City Bikes.

Based in the North of England, we sell directly to customers, as well as through a network of re-sellers in the UK and the Netherlands.
Our bikes and most of our products can be customised to your needs.
Sales Conditions
Written confirmation is needed for an order to be processed. Cancellation must be within 7 days of ordering to prevent incurring a charge. Most of our bikes and frames are built to order and bespoke items, and so require a longer lead time than items such as socks, T shirts and accessories which are usually held in stock. We do hold a number of bikes in stock, but please check as we can't hold all variations of size and colour. All prices are given in GBP and are exclusive of delivery where applicable.
Delivery Conditions
Freight charges will be advised at time of quotation, although some prices are fixed.
Payment Conditions
Payment is required prior to delivery, unless otherwise advised in writing. Cancellation after 7 days will incur a 50% charge to cover admin fees, plus any labour already taken place on the products.
All complaints must be made in writing within 7 days from receipt of product(s).
Quality
Where possible, we will provide goods to your specifications. Some design amendments may be implemented without prior notification. Slight colour variations can occur between images on our promotional material and the products themselves, although we try to show the products as accurately as possible.
Unless specificed, the colour of the bamboo will vary according to the tubes selected for the rider's height and weight.
Our bike frames come with either a 3 (three) or 10 (ten) year warranty against manufacture fault, and are currently undergoing testing in Germany against the European standards for cycles.
